By accessing, browsing, or using the Neymo HR platform and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Neymo HR provides payroll processing, human resources management, tax filing assistance, workforce analytics, and related business services. Our services are designed to help businesses manage their employees, process payroll accurately, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
— You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
— You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
— You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
— You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Data Accuracy & Payroll Processing
While Neymo HR strives to ensure accurate payroll processing and tax calculations, the accuracy of outputs depends on the accuracy of data provided by users. You are responsible for verifying payroll data, employee information, and tax details before submission. Neymo HR shall not be liable for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Neymo HR platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are the exclusive property of Neymo HR and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Payment Terms
— Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at the time of registration.
— All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
— We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
— Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neymo HR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of our services.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of account termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
